An employee website can help Human Resources by:- answering repetitive questions- giving employees consistently correct information - being available 24 hours per day.  Note our domain name- 24hrhr.com- allowing personalization of content- allowing and encouraging an employe feedback mechanism- allowing employee access to information without allowing access to critical operations - increasing operational efficiency.
If you do not have an employee website, you should.
If you have an employee website that lacks functionality, you should upgrade.- your employees are your 'customers'.  Don't make the mistake of saying, "What we have is 'good enough'."  If your company used that attitude towards its products and services, competitors would drive you out of business.  HR Departments need to continue to upgrade their 'product' and processes to remain competitive.  The success of your company is largely dependent on your customers, your employees.
Any HR Department can create a highly functional, employee website.
We will:- give you an example- show you how to do it yourself, using very simplified tools
Of course there would be an employee login for an actual employee website, however we will omit that critical feature so that search engines are not blocked and you can freely browse through the pages and materials.
This combination employee website/tutorial will eventually grow to > 100 pages.  However, we're like you.  First we need to serve our customers, so the challenge is not capabilities, it is time.  Stop back every 2 weeks as this portion of this website will continue to grow.
