Voluntary Plan Benefits can be an effective means of providing your Group with additional flexibility. There is no reasonably diverse, comprehensive Employee Benefits package that can be entirely Sponsored by the Employer. A menu of Voluntary benefits can give Employees the freedom to choose + access to Plans that may be unavailable (or pricey) to Individuals. As with any other employee benefit, Voluntary Plan benefits require effective Communications. And then, there is the data & associated 'tech setup'. We can do it all -- except - the actual Benefits Products.

An exisitng Form can be scanned (2 versions: high & low res). Data tables, Plan rate Tables set up, a Query & datasource created. The datasource is bound to the Plan Form and 'receives data'. The same datasource can feed ouput for Personalized Pdfs (for print) as a means of verification and for Employee signature. Access would require login and usually be done via intranet.--- The example online Group life insurance Plan enrollment below is only partially enabled ---
All of the insurance bands & rates are based on each employee's annual wage + a rate Table that pulls the rates based on attained age. Having a form 'partially completed' greatly increases the rate of success.Personalization works.

Human Resource Departments have traditionally been heavily dependent on paper forms for Plan enrollment. Twenty years ago there were 'many' forms for each Plan. Now, it is a deluge. The costs associated with this system are so diverse, it is difficult to measure. At the very end of the Annual Plan Enrollment & Insurance process, data is in a database. Why not start AT the database? Reduce unnecessary layers of work and redundant 'paper touching'.
If paper-based Insurance Enrollment is your only current method, you are likely wasting quite a bit of time. Sending Employees a stack of blank Plan forms in the mail is inefficient and unnecessarily difficult. - Employees may lose the forms - Your Group may be confused by the instructions- They may fill out the forms incorrectly, requiring another mailing- Your staff must enter all of the data with data entry errors as a result- Your HRIS system will have 'corrupt data'.
