A Simple Web or Intranet Enabled Employee Slide Show
Collecting 'assets' for any targeted employee communication is necessary for working with any vendor.  The most frequent question we receive regardless of the Project is;
"What's next?  What do we do?"
Let's use a very simple project as an example; putting an employee slide show on the web.
1)  Determine your message (the text).2)  Decide on the design (images) for each slide.
Yes, for this example, it is that simple.  If the Project was more complex, perhaps a benefit enrollment, we would want the Source documents that described the benefit, then we would write the text and you could edit.  For the design, we would want the existing enrollment forms and instructions + of course, the applicable data.  'Data' is unnecessary for a Slide show.
Nevertheless, the routine is consistent.  Content (source docs) + design + data (if personalized).
