If we're going to travel with you through the course of a complex communications project, it's best if we understand your current data assets & the desired, eventual output.
1) If your Goals cannot be achieved with your on-hand data, then additional data collection should be your 1st Goal.

2) If you know your Goals, please provide them. If not, and you need a start, then answer the generalized questions to the right.
3) it is also critical that your Company's Management Team is on the 'same page'. Make sure your CEO/CFO and other Team Members support your employee communications efforts.
4) We must please you but we cannot work individually with each member of a Management group. Management must agree on on the communications objectives and appoint a central Project Leader. That could be you.
