There are two keys:1) Vendor Access Control - A precise statement as to what a Vendor is Allowed to do and what information that Vendor should supply. The best example is 'Retirement Data'. Your retirement record-keeping firm is also 'sql fluent'. As a result, we speak the same lingo and can instruct them on your behalf of the required data items. Of course, you are cc'd on all Correspondence.
2) Vendor <-> You <-> Us, Communications
You probably know that it can be tedious to maintain several methods of communication with several vendors. A Project can bog down and become confusing as all parties chase each other 'in circles'.
To address that problem, we have developed a simple method to Conference on line. This capability is included within the Project at no additional cost. All that is required is a reasonably current Browser.
On Line Conferencing
If you choose HR Communications for your Project(s), you will retain this capability for one full year. So the Project may be 'over', but you'll still be able to use this feature.
We'll teach you (takes about 15 minutes) how to add users, delete users, manage users, save sessions, delete sessions, upload images to the viewing area.
We impose no additional restrictions, so you'll be able to use it whenever you need that functionality. Include remote HR managers, Vendors or use internally as you see fit.
Once again, the use of Younicycle (to include Conferencing) is included for 1 full year and each year thereafter where we provide Full Service.
