YTree (SaaS and Younicycle Server)The YTree is a convenient Navigation Tool that is always located on the left side of your browser view. You can navigate to a category of Objects by clicking the Word of the category. You can open the folder for the category by clicking the +. Once it is open, you can navigate directly to the object by clicking its name. If you need more screen space, just click the small blue traingle located just left of the words 'Y-Tree-menu'.

Access Control
Access control is established by creating Roles that designate specific User Privileges. The Administrator for the account then adds Users to the Role. Younicycle does the rest.
There are ~ 320 User, Allowable Actions that can be set in virtually any combination. An assigned combination of Actions is called a Role. You can create as many Roles as you like and add Users at will.
